2. Order acceptance

You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order. Final confirmation will be sent via email with tracking information. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:

• product not available

• payment problems

• incorrect or suspicious data

3. Prices and availability

All prices are in euros and include VAT. If there are any errors in the price or description, you will be contacted. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

We ship within 2–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email. Harmony Store is not responsible for any delays due to couriers or customs.

5. Duties and taxes

For international orders (outside the EU), duties and customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt. Products must be intact, unused, and with their original tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, barring any errors on our part.

Returns are not accepted on personalized items.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payments are handled securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.

8. Responsibility

Harmony Store is not responsible for:
